Thank you to everyone who participated this year in the 2018 Knit A-long. This year we made our first pair of knit socks together. It was a big undertaking but you really stepped up and made some beautiful pairs of knit socks. Rather than just let the end of the KAL pass us by I wanted to pull out some of the finished socks and show them off.
We’ve all started our fiber journey for one reason or another, and when we start, we are all beginners. There’s nothing wrong with that. We all have to start somewhere. Just as we learned to walk and talk as young kids, we have the same thing going on when learning a new craft. One of the important things to me is giving beginner crocheters as much help as possible when they first start. I want to ensure that people succeed with their crochet projects and keep falling ever more in love with the yarn industry.
