Loom Party sounds like a great book. I am always looking for a better way to make pom poms. Thanks for the podcast.
I have a five year old
Daughter who loves to craft with me. I think this would be perfect for her to learn to make Pom-poms and tassels on her very own loome. I’m thinking it will be a good Christmas present.
Spread pom pom joy! I loved the podcast. Val is as delightful as you are, Marly. If I’m lucky enough to win, my favorite colors are all shades of purple and pink.
The Loome looks like an awesome tool for making pompoms. So far I’ve only ever made pompoms by using the wrap the yarn around your fingers (and try not to cut off your circulation) method. The book looks like it has some cool project ideas and would be great for crafting with kids.
I luv this podcast. I have a pompom maker old one was my Mom’s. Always like to learn about new tools this one seems to be a lot easier to make pompoms. Curious why named the tool loome? Thanks for all the things you do Marly and crew.
Can’t believe I missed this last week but am glad I got to catch it on the repeat! The Loome is such a neat tool and I think my older son would enjoy using it alongside me for all sorts of crafts.
What a fun podcast. I definitely need to get this Loome and have a Pom Pom and tassel making party. It just goes to show how excited you were Marly when you forgot to turn the camera around when you were showing us the book. Ha! If I were to win the Pom Pom necklace I think I would prefer blues with maybe rose hues. Thanks for introducing us to another innovative crafter.
Will absolutely have to buy loome party if I don’t win. I want to see all other things that can be made with tool besides tassels and pompous.
Pompom are so adorable! The loome looks like a great tool!
What a fun episode! I love making pompoms for hats and scarves. Would definitely want to try this.
The girls in my daughters crochet club at school made a ton of pom poms and then had a snowball fight in the gym with them (lots and lots of fun). They would have a blast with the Loome Party book and the tool.
I want the Loome Party book so I can make purple pompoms!
I love pom pomsand even used them in my wedding. I’d love to try out a Loome tool
I’ve never been a fan of pom-poms, but the Loome makes me want to try them again! This looks amazing!
