At YarnSports LLC, doing business as Marly Bird (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), your privacy is a top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use marlybird.com, shop.marlybird.com, and marlybirdhouse.com (collectively, the “Site”) or any services, courses, or products offered by YarnSports LLC. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram ads, optimize campaigns, and deliver personalized ads. It may collect IP addresses, browser/device info, page views, and interactions with the Site.

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages from YarnSports LLC / Marly Bird, you are consenting to receive messages sent by autodialer. Non-essential cookies on marlybird.com, including those used by Raptive and its advertising partners, will not activate until you provide affirmative consent.
13. Binding Arbitration & Mass Claims
- Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Indiana, using AAA arbitration provider
- Batch arbitration applies only if 50+ substantially similar claims arise in 30 days; arbitrator may consolidate/limit claims
- No class actions outside batch arbitration
- Small claims court and IP/injunctive relief exceptions remain
- Arbitration decisions are final and binding
14. Limitation of Liability
YarnSports LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YarnSports LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from use or violations of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
Indiana law governs these Terms; disputes resolved in Indiana courts unless subject to arbitration.
17. Modifications
YarnSports LLC may modify these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

19a. Grow by Mediavine
The Site uses Grow, a content engagement plugin operated by Mediavine, Inc. Grow allows visitors to create a free account using their email address in order to access locked content across Grow-enabled sites. When you sign up for a Grow account on this Site, Mediavine collects and processes your personal information (including your email address and account activity data) in accordance with the Mediavine Privacy Policy.
Mediavine may also collect aggregate, non-personally identifiable data about content interactions to help publishers (including YarnSports LLC) understand which content is most popular. Grow does not sell your email address to third parties and signing up does not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
