About the Yarnspirations version: This pattern originated from the 3-2-1 Gift Along with Yarnspirations (2019). The original written pattern on Yarnspirations contained a numbering error in the instructions. The video tutorial is correct — follow the video if you're unsure about the written steps. Yarnspirations released an updated written pattern, so check there for the current version.

Stitch marker placement: If you lose track of where your round begins, count your stitches — you should always have 112. If you're off, you may have accidentally dropped a stitch or made a yarn-over. Use a lifeline if you're nervous (a threaded yarn strand through a row you can pull back to if needed).
