Stylish Knit Dog Sweater-Video Tutorial

Remember your furry friends this winter with a great knit dog sweater just for them. This pattern is made for extra small, small, medium and large dogs. I know my smallest dog loves her sweater that keeps her warm all winter long.

About the Pattern:

This super cute pattern is relatively easy to construct. The hardest part is keeping the increases and the decreases in the correct locations while working the stitch pattern.

There are four different sizes in this pattern. Before you get started you will need to decide which will fit your dog best and be sure to mark the size throughout the pattern so you know what sizes you need throughout.

As we start working this pattern we will be using straight needles and then later on we will switch to circular needles. Inside the pattern you will see an increase of a make one and make one purl. This might be a little different from what you have seen before. Work along with me in the pattern to learn this method of increasing.

Love this dog sweater! Have watched both of your videos and have a quick question. Can I make the ‘sleeves’ before I seam up the back? I also would like to use either 1 or 2 9″ circular needles for this part. I have a heck of a time using the DP needles. THANKS
