- Batch arbitration applies only for 50+ similar claims in 30 days; arbitrator may consolidate/limit claims
- No class actions outside batch arbitration
- Small claims court and IP/injunctive relief exceptions remain
- Arbitration decisions are final and binding
14. Limitation of Liability
YarnSports LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YarnSports LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from use or violations of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
Indiana law governs these Terms. Disputes resolved in Indiana courts unless subject to arbitration.
17. Modifications
