Color B – 1 ball — lighter of the colors

Kfb – Increase 1 stitch by knitting into front and back of next stitch

With Color A
Round 1: K28, k2tog, k8, k2tog, k37, k2tog, k8, k2tog, k to end of round — 4 sts decreased.
Round 2: K28, k2tog, k6, k2tog, k37, k2tog, k6, k2tog, k to end of round — 4 sts decreased.
Round 3: K28 , k2tog, k4, k2tog, k37, k2tog, k4, k2tog, k to end of round — 4 sts decreased.
Round 4: K28 , k2tog, k2, k2tog, k37 , k2tog, k2, k2tog, k to end of round — 4 sts decreased.
Round 5: K28, k2tog, PM, k2tog, k37, k2tog, PM, k2tog, k to end of round — 4 sts decreased.
Cut yarn leaving a 6” tail to weave in later.
Turn piece inside out so the WS is facing you. Divide the stitches in ½ at the markers. Place 39 sts on each half of the needle similar to magic loop.
With color A and using the cable needle (or another needle if you have one) as a 3rd needle, proceed with 3 needle bind-off.
FINISHING
Sew strap made at 10am play, and the handle made at the 8am and 9am play to the top of the bag.
