Is Lace Yarn Too Hard for Beginner Crocheters?

If this is your first time using lace yarn, I recommend playing around with classic crochet stitches to become comfortable holding the yarn, and more importantly, keeping the height of the stitches you make consistent.

The yarn can be a little tricky at first. Take your time to get used to the smaller hook, and the thinner yarn, and maintain consistent tension. You’ll be a-ok.
