What you will learn:

This beautiful shawl uses very simple stitches and is great for the beginner knitter. Working from the wingspan edge with only 4 stitches. As you work you will change colors every two rows to get a great striped pattern.

Once you work the first three sections of the shawl you will have all of the techniques need to complete the shawl. As the pattern continues you will increase to the center point and then work decreases back down the other side to complete your shawl.

Learn how to do garter stitch, knit front and back (kfb), slip stitch purlwise with yarn in front along garter stitch edge, change colors, seed stitch, stockinette stitch and slip slip knit (ssk) decrease. So much in this fun scarf but all of it made easy with the wonderful knit tutorial.
