Living Coral or Bust:
Patone has been selecting a color of the year since 2000. Each year (except for 2016) they select one color that they feel represents the year. In most cases they claim that the color picks itself. Pantone now has a team of 20 people that research color trends to select the color for the next year.

For 2019 the team has selected Living Coral as the color of the year. According to the Pantone team this color is said to embraces us with warmth and nourishment and to provide comfort and buoyancy in our continually shifting environment.
Below I have pulled together 20 FREE Crochet patterns that are using the Living Coral (or something similar) in the design. Don’t be afraid to take any pattern you love and add coral to it.
