Corner to Corner Single Crochet Entrelac Square:
This is a great square that can be worked in as many colors as you like. The more colors does mean more ends.
Before you move too far past this part of the post I will warn you that there are a lot of instructions. Don’t let that scare you. Once you get started you will see that there is a repeat but because you start your tier in a different spot I broke it out so that you wouldn’t get lost.
Get started on your square or go back and start the first square in our Wedding Blanket CAL. Can’t wait to see yours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this square part of a CAL?
Yes! This Corner to Corner Single Crochet Entrelac 12″ Square is almost the final square for our Wedding Blanket CAL… If you don’t know what that is, you can check out the Wedding CAL on my blog!
How many colors can I use for this square?
Honestly… you can use as many colors as you like! Just know that more colors do mean more ends to weave in later, so keep that in mind.
I’m a little nervous about all the instructions, is it really hard?
Don’t let the number of instructions scare you off… Once you get going, you’ll see there’s a repeat. I broke it out a bit more so you wouldn’t get lost as you work through it.
What yarn do you recommend for this square?
Great question! I used Chic Sheep by Marly Bird™ for this project in the colors Linen (Color A), VIP (Color B), and Suede (Color C). It’s such a lovely yarn to work with!
I finished my square, now what?
Yes! Once you’ve finished your square, you’ll want to fasten off and weave in your ends. Then, block your square to 12″ x 12″, and you can attach it to your blanket wherever you like best!
