Marly Bird’s Blue Crochet Patterns

Let’s take a look at how many blue crochet patterns I’ve created! Blue is one of the most calming, soothing, inspiring colors in the universe. It’s the color of oceans and sky. Although I love to work in all of the colors, I’ve used blue in quite a few over the years. In fact, eight of the ten crochet patterns in my Simple Baby Blankets ebook use blue in the design. Moreover, blue is the primary color in four of them. For example, see the dark blue in the Mosaic Diamonds blanket pattern from this book:

Oftentimes when you join my stitchalongs, you get the chance to choose your yarn. But, of course, I suggest what I’m going to use. And when I did the 2018 Game Day Make-along (that’s the Super Bowl Day event I do each year), I choose to crochet in blue.
