Beginner Crochet Shawl Pattern

My most recent FREE crochet pattern is the Throw Me A Kiss Crochet Shawl. Worked in Red Heart Soft yarn and two colors you will fall in love with how quickly this pattern works up.

The body of the shawl is a beginner friendly mesh pattern. Step it up a notch with the lace pattern to finish off your shawl. Unlike other shawls this is on the smaller side. Great for your petite friends or to add a button, or single crochet the two sides together, to make your own bandana scarf.

PATTERN NOTES

  • By using the removable stitch marker to mark the CENTER stitch,, it becomes a reference point for the center increase throughout the pattern.
  • Change color every 2 rows.
  • To change color, work last stitch of old color to last yarn over. Yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete stitch. Proceed with new color.
