Welcome to the Chic Throw by Marly Bird – a ” go at your own pace” crochet-along designed especially for you! This unique beginner sampler crochet blanket features 12 blocks. The blocks are worked in a combination of four beautiful neutral colors. Together, you have a wide variety of patterns and stitches to learn. All of these are made cohesive with a three-round border. Therefore, you will learn how to crochet each block, then how to join them into a stitch sampler afghan. You’ll be surprised what you can accomplish as a beginner but my detailed step-by-step Annie’s class makes it easy for you.

PLUS!!! I’ve updated this post to include ten other things from Annie’s that I think you’ll love. You’ll find other crochet stitch sampler projects, gifts for crafters, and craft organizing tools.

Chic Crochet Stitch Sampler Throw Class With Marly Bird

Inside my Chic Throw Class with Annie’s you will find 12 different lessons. Each lesson is a different square, which will teach you new crochet skills. Each square is 12 x 12 inches making them perfect for use in this project. Moreover, this is a common sampler crochet blanket square size. Therefore, you can mix and match these with squares from other sampler blankets that you find. Combine all 12 blocks together and you will have a beautiful throw that is 38 inches wide by 50 inches long.

Even within this crochet stitch sampler blanket itself, you can personalize it to your own tastes. Mix and match the blocks throughout the blanket to make the pattern that you enjoy best. Each square in this Chic Throw class will teach you a new skill and stitch pattern. Continue to build your crochet skills with me in this great beginner crochet blanket class.
