If you feel yourself gripping the crochet hook or your yarn tightly, try to notice, breathe, and relax. Sometimes you’ll find the tension is in your shoulders, so check your whole body for tightness, and breathe to relax. After all, if your loops are too tight, the hook can’t get through, and then you’ll end up getting frustrated.
