You know I love all your podcasts but this was some kind of wonderful! I know I’m not the only one who overwhelmingly needed to Take a breath and unwind. I’m definitely checking out more Marci!! So grateful she actually walked us through a mini yoga session!!

  2. Jean Jones says:

  3. Melissa Spradley says:

This was so fun and interactive, I loved it! Sometimes we really do need to just take a breath and unwind.

  4. Tonia Brock says:

Take a breath and unwind. Was watching while doing up lunch dishes. I stood at the sink looking out the window as spring is blooming and did the demo along with you. Now to to finish clearing the table and a bit of work.
Thank you for all you give back to this community
    See you soon

  5. Gail says:

Take a breath and unwind was the best thing that happened in quite some time. We don’t realize how keyed-up we are until we experience a bit of relief. Thank you to Marly and Marcie, (((HUG)))

  6. Stephanie says:

Take a breath and unwind. Marley I love how affected you were by this. I hope you joined the yoga class!

  7. Mary Alice Helgesen says:

Take a breath and unwind. That’s what we all need now. I tried a simplified form of yoga after an injury, but it was too much for me. I plan to look into chair yoga. I might could do it it with maybe a few exceptions.
