When and Where is Stitches West:

Just incase there are some of you that don’t know about the event Stitches West will be held the weekend of February 22-25th. The event is hosted at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara CA.

Marly Bird Classes:

This year I will be teaching FIVE classes during the event. I hope that if you are coming you will think about joining one of my classes! Click on the links below to see what each class is about in more detail.

  • Dual Cables
  • Interwoven Crochet
  • Four Play: How to Master DPN’s
  • Single Crochet Entrelac
  • Miter Me This, Miter Me That

Red Heart Super Saver Chunky

Stitches West Surprises:

PJ Party- Okay so this one really isn’t a surprise if you have ever gone to a Stitches event or heard me talk about them. I wanted to still call out that we are going to have the PJ Part at Stitches West and I will be bringing along some great prizes from Red Heart. Even some brand new yarns that you might only be able to get online (hint: my very own Chic Sheep is one of them)!

Yarn Booth– Chic Sheep will make an appearance in my very own YARN BOOTH! I will be brining all 24 colors to Stitches West so that you can get a first hand look at them. Not only will you be able to feel the yarn but you will be able to mix and match colors. Best of all I am having two Chic Sheep patterns in the fashion show, one is brand new and will be released right before the event!

Red Heart Collage Yarn

Team Members– Although having my own YARN BOOTH is a dream come true with my very OWN yarn line, I will admit that I am still pretty excited that the whole Marly Bird team will meet in person! Katelyn and I have met in person in Pittsburg last year for their yarn event. This year not only will I get to see Katelyn again but we will get to meet up with Brittani-Pearl in the flesh!!! We are so excited to get to spend some time together as a team and also to spend some time meeting with you.

NOTE: Brittani-Pearl will be spending most of her time in the Erin Lane Bags booth. Don’t worry this is right across from the Marly Bird Studio Experience booth.

Red Heart Cash for Stash

Win Class Yarn Supplies:

Not only is Red Heart providing the yarn needed for each of my classes they are also offering a chance for FIVE of you to win the yarn for a class of your choosing.

To be able to win you will need to check out the five classes that I am teaching at Stitches West by using the links above. After you have selected your favorite class you will need to use the rafflecopter below to enter.

Red Heart It's A Wrap Yarn

The only required response is your email address (which we will use to contact you) and a blog comment on which class yarn supplies you would like to win. We will randomly select FIVE of you to win. If more than one of you pick the same class as winners don’t worry we will still send you the yarn for that class.

Fine Print: Giveaway is open to US and Canada addresses only. Please only one entry per person. Giveaway runs until February 16, 2018 at midnight MST. Winners will be announced on Monday February 19, 2018. Winners will have 72 hours (until 2/22/18) to send us their mailing address and phone number to [email protected] or they will forfeit their winnings.

So envious of the West Coast Yarners! Mastering DPNs, Crochet Entrelac, and Miter Me This/That sound both fun and challenging. I may have to look into Stitches United; I’ve never been to anything like it before but this sounds great!

Oooh, I really like having an Interlocking Crochet class! That’s one of my favorite crochet techniques; so-o-o snuggly and warm.
