Knits That Breathe

She compiled Brave New Knits (link to book in Amazon) http://www.amazon.com/Brave-New-Knits-Personalities-Blogosphere/dp/1605295906/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1402589640&sr=8-1&keywords=Brave+New+Knits and has self published a NEW BOOK: Knits that Breathe.

She saw a need for those that live in warmer climates, and the ladies that suffer Their OWN Personal Summers (aka HOT Flashes). These were designed to be used with silk and bamboo for the ultimate beautiful layers. http://www.amazon.com/Knits-That-Breathe-Breezy-Projects/dp/0991148606/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1402590664&sr=1-1

What a fantastic show! Loved listening to Julie describe her breezy patterns. I think the book was written with me in mind. We can get up to 45 degrees here in the Summer in Australia, how nice would it be to be able to wear your knits all year round.
Thank you Marly for another fantastic podcast.

As another Chicagoan, I agree, we have terrible weather and having something breezy to wear is definitely a requirement. Lovely designs. Thanks for sharing this gem with me Marly.

As a cyclist, I’d love to have some breezy knits to wear! It’s always chilly enough to want a sweater, but still too hot and sweaty to want something really hot.
