Does this shawl look familiar to you? That could be because this is my updated version of the 2019 Tournament of Stitches Knit Shawl (TOS). I loved the original TOS shawl but after I finished that shawl I definitely had somethings that I wanted to change in the design.

So, being a designer, I just designed a new shawl ???? This shawl uses some of my favorite colors of Chic Sheep by Marly Bird™ yarn in the crazy stripes color sequence (you will see color sequence options below). I am seriously in love with this shawl. I wore it when I filmed a video and so many of you asked where you could get the pattern. Well, you no longer have to wait.

STITCH GUIDE

One of the great things about this shawl is that you can make it in so many different color combinations. Choose the version you wish to use for your shawl. It doesn’t have to be the same every time. Have fun with it!

The sample is made in Crazy Stripes for the garter stitch section. If you choose one of the other versions you will need to adjust the amount of yarn you need for each color.

Tournament of Stitches

The Tournament of Stitches is a make-along event that we hold here on the Marly Bird website. Each year we have both a knit and crochet project that you can work along with us.

Although we are finished with the past years, the patterns are always available for you on the website. Use the links below to check out all of the Tournament of Stitches events that we have done.
