Terms of Service for Marly Bird House

Welcome to Marly Bird House, a digital platform owned and operated by Yarnsports LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Marly Bird House (“Platform”), including all content, products, and services provided. 2.1 Newsletter Subscription: Access to important communications regarding your purchases and updates requires an active subscription to the Marly Bird Newsletter. Failure to maintain this subscription and missing essential updates due to unsubscription is your sole responsibility.

3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership: All content, including but not limited to courses, patterns, videos, designs, and written materials, is owned by Yarnsports LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
3.2 Restrictions: You may not:
- Reproduce, share, or distribute any Platform content outside the scope of these Terms.
- Use content for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of access and legal action.
