Marly Bird’s Daily Prompts! An Inspirational Calendar for Crafters
Welcome to 2022! This year we want to encourage, inspire, and empower you to make time every day for crafting. To that end, we’re creating Marly Bird’s Daily prompts, a calendar for crafters. Each day, we’ve got a fresh new idea for you. It might be to start a big project, complete a small project, read an inspirational story, order a craft book or new yarn or something else entirely.
January and February 2022 are shown below. However, for all dates after that, we invite you to join our public Google Calendar so that you can receive the prompts daily through that system.

Start a Habit Tracker Blanket
Start the new year off right with a Habit Tracker Blanket. It’s similar to a Temperature Blanket. except it’s tied to goals that you really care about! In fact, you could begin a habit tracker blanket today to keep track of whether or not you complete each of Marly Bird’s Daily Prompts this year! Assign one color for “yes, I did it” and another for “oops, didn’t do that one.” Each day, knit or crochet a square or row in the right color. So, if you start one right now, that’s a yes for completing today’s prompt!
