Abbreviations:

ch: chain
dc: double crochet
sc: single crochet
st(s): stitch/stitches
yo: yarn over

Special Stitches:

Pineapple Cluster: [yo, insert hook, yo, pull up loop] 3 times, yo pull through 6 loops on hook, yo, pull through remaining 2 loops on hook.
Long Double Crochet (Ldc): Work a double crochet (dc) in the st indicated one row below the previous row worked. This stitch will be worked around the previous row worked.

4pm Crochet Clue Game Day Mystery Make-along– Pattern

We will now be working in the round as we create the cowl portion of your project.
Rnd 1: Ch 2 (does not count as a st), dc in first sc, and in each sc around to marked stitches, dc into the sc of both pieces of fabric that overlap, matching up stitch for stitch over the next 26sts, join with a slip stitch to the first dc of round–88 dc’s.
Rnd 2: Ch 2 (does not count as a st), dc in first dc, and in each dc around, join to first dc with a slip stitch.
Geometric Pillows & Afghans
Rnd 3: Ch 2 (does not count as a st), Pineapple Cluster in first dc, * ch 1, skip 1 dc, Pineapple Cluster in next dc; repeat from * to end of round, ch 1, join to first Pineapple Cluster with a slip stitch–44 Pineapple Clusters.
Rnd 4: Ch 1, sc in first st, Long Double Crochet (Ldc) (see special stitches) in st below the next ch-1 space, * sc next st, Ldc around next ch-1 space; repeat from * to end of round, join with a slip stitch to first sc–88 sts.
