- Gauge is not critical in this project. Lace crochet easily can grow depending on how you make your chains. If your project measures larger, it will still be a beautiful project. If Play 4 is between 15-17” in width the final shawl will be great!
- Project is continued on the last row of Play 3. You will increase at the beginning of the RS rows and decrease at the end of the WS rows, which will not change your stitch count.
- When working the sl st into previous st, work through any 2 strands of the previous stitch. It can be a horizontal and vertical strand or 2 horizontal strands. Work the last sl st of the group of chs in any horizonal strand and one vertical strand of the tr2tog, see video for more details.
