Have you thought about trying a knit or crochet related subscription box but just wasn’t sure if it was right for you? Marly and I have been doing a LIVE unboxing each month over on her YouTube channel. One our first ones was with a great company called Yarn Crush. They have made some changes to their boxes and we are excited to share them with you!

Unboxings:
Marly and I thought that it would be a great idea to open some of the best subscription boxes in the industry to give you a first hand look at what you would be getting. We all know that it is easy to talk about the products that you curate, you picked the items in the box because you love them. When we open the box and talk about the items you know it is our honest opinion and first impression.
With each unboxing you are there the first time I open the box and look inside. You can watch all of the past unboxings, including our live unboxing with Yarn Crush over on the YouTube channel. Be sure to join us for our next one, you can find who is coming up next through the Marly Bird newsletter or over on the unboxing page.
The NEW Box:
When we unboxed one of the Yarn Crush boxes Joanna, the owner, had something special under her sleeve that we didn’t know about. From the time we had her on the unboxing until a few weeks ago she was working on a secret project. Now that it is live we want to help share it with you!
You will still get the super cute box with the pink inside, my favorite! Your yarn will still come wrapped beautifully in a piece of tissue paper with the telltale Yarn Crush sticker. You will still get AMAZING yarn in your box from hand diers picked by Joanna. You will still get awesome patterns from AMAZING designers.
Okay, okay I will cut to the chase. What is new in the box!!!! Now, rather than only getting two patterns, one knit and one crochet, you will get FOUR patterns! This is amazing because it really helps you see how the yarn will work up, it gives you more options, and allows you to get familiar with new designers.
Now that you are getting four patterns Yarn Crush has stepped it up and they are offering a mini magazine for your patterns. The magazine is a half page size book with all four of your patterns, information about the yarn, information about the designer AND exclusive coupons for you as a member. Joanna really thought of those of you who want your patterns digitally. Inside each edition you will find a code to download the digital version of the magazine!

This is so cool! I’ve never tried one because of financial reasons but I know when I’m doing better it’s going to be sooooooo hard to decide. And yarn crush having the digital option too really shows how much they listen to their customers and want to make them happy! Pretty sure Yarn Crush will be my first subscription when the time comes!
This yarn looks awesome! Such favorable comments, too
Awesome looking yarn. Thanks Marly Bird and Yarn Crush!
Wow how generous! Trying new yarn is great and having several choices of what to make is even better!
I was unable to enter as the rafflecopter links didn’t work. Thanks for the giveaway though
This would be a great gift to win to help many projects: prayer shawls, hats not hate, red hats for premie red hat and project Robbie. New to this blog for the past month. You have many beautiful items and projects. My 11 yo great niece wants to learn how to crochet also.
